Showroom Development Critical purpose of role:
To review showrooms costs and make sure budgets are met Main
Responsibilities:
Control showroom costs Log and review GC costs & challenge if required Log and review supplier costs & challenge if required Prepare and issue BID documents BID analysis and recommend GC for the project Review Change orders, challenge and log Review and instruct AIA contracts Review & agree work letters Review drawings and changes for change orders Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Competancy in Microsoft software such as Excel & Word Good knowledge of Microsoft Project Proven organisational skills Confident communication with vendors and stakeholders Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent time management Comfortable working to deadlines.
Able to work in a team as well as independently Overnight stays and site visits will be required, Full US Driving License.
