SUMMARY Responsible for providing general administrative support to the clinical services management team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Critical features of this position are listed below and may be revised, updated or reassigned at management's discretion in accordance with business needs or other factors.
Mails, faxes, e-mails and schedules meetings as delegated.
Communicates any issues management team.
Types general correspondence, memos and letters.
Monitors appropriate supplies are in stock.
Monitors Patient Notification Process including assisting with the preparation of member appeal and case closure letters.
Accurately maintains logs for clinical services management in relation to letters and other documents.
Acts as back-up to the office receptionist.
Assist with the compilation of all denials for monthly UM meeting, as well as documentation for audits.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No direct supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Two (2) years administrative experience supporting mid to high level management in a corporate environment.
Previous healthcare/health plan experience a plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong PC skills including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Ability to working confidentially with highly sensitive information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
