Hospice Director RN
The Director of Nursing directs, supervises and governs the hospice program including inpatient care and bereavement follow-up. Administers and maintains quality assurance and develops hospice related educational and informational programs. Other duties:
Coordinates and oversees all patient services. Supervise and guide clinical staff. Appraise and teach clinical staff to enhance professional development. Identify and evaluate patient needs. Maintain patient clinical records. Assist with orientation of new staff. Maintain medical supplies. Responsible for ensuring regulations are followed. Requirements:
