The successful candidate will:
- Create and populate an MS Access database for the operations function with information as requested by management / colleagues
- Collate and analyze data for team meetings, senior management and ad hoc requests
- Generate and maintain clear and easy-to-use reports and report structures for project team and senior management
- Support project team in gathering and analyzing information
Job Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Access system, including database design and information management,
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Results orientated with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Analysis and resolution skills
- Experience in Compliance and/or Financial Services preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
