The team is looking for a Business Analyst who supports the global team on the overall goal:
Definition and realization of a process and technology roadmap to support the global eDiscovery Operating Model covering Early Case Assessment, Data Collection and Preservation processes and tools, as well as an implementation of an in-house processing and review solution.
The Business Analyst will focus on the following tasks:
? Collect and document the business requirements from our stakeholders with respect to specific eDiscovery work steps (e.g. Data Preservation, Data Processing or Data Review)
? Discuss and clarify the documented business requirements with IT engineers, outside technology vendors and architects for implementation purposes
? Work closely together with the IT engineers during the implementation phase of the tools and track provided functionality against the requirements
? Compile documentation and run books for the rollout of tools and changes in the Global eDiscovery Process and Operating Model
? Provide training sessions to the different regional teams on new tools and processes
Responsibilities include:
? Lead small to mid-sized workshops (2-5 participants) on discussing and collection requirements
? Document the outcome of the workshop and record the business requirements
? Analyse the business requirements with technology vendors and engineers to identify functionality gaps
? Re-iterate with the business group on rating and assigning priority on closing the potential functionality gaps
? Track the implementation status of requirements which are implemented by the engineers and outside vendors
? Perform functional testing on smaller tool rollouts
? Compile run books and operating procedures and perform smaller in person or web-based trainings on tool rollouts.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 Years as BA
Skills:
? Being able to manage work streams and coordinate resources contributing to the goal of the work stream
? Outstanding team spirit and communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
? Very structured and process-oriented work approach
? Strong communication skills in English
? Ability to communicate on Senior Management level
? Experience with one of the topics is preferable: eDiscovery, Enterprise Archiving, Legal Hold Management,
? MS Visio, Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
