Staff Accountant
Job Overview:
Our client is a growing Asset Management firm seeking a person with a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with 3
years experience to join their dynamic firm.
Responsibilities
oProcess accounts payable, account receivable
oAssisting with journal entry preparation
oMonthly expense report processing
oMonthly Bank Reconciliations
oPrepare daily cash reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies
oRecord and reconcile financial transactions
oManage expense reports in Concur
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
o3
years of experience in a similar accounting role
oExcellent communication skills
oExcellent organizational skills along with strong attention to detail
oAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
oCandidate must be proficient Excel (Pivot Tables & V Look Ups), Word and PowerPoint
oPrior experience QuickBooks, Concur and online banking strongly preferred
Salary $55-65k with excellent benefits including free lunch. Nice work life balance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
